Abstract:
The objective of the research study is to evaluate the supply chain performance of Habesha
Brewery S.C. The researcher has used SCOR model to measure the performance of the supply
chain of the case brewery. The study is descriptive research. The researcher undertakes a
census study in case brewery and purposive sampling in suppliers and distributors. The study
has used primary data collected through self- administered questionnaire. The self administered questionnaire data are analyzed using mode as a measure of central tendency.
According to the findings of the study, the brewery is advanced performer in agility attribute,
best performers in the reliability and poor performer in supply chain cost performance
attributes. The researcher recommends the supply chain of the case brewery need much
attention on which it is poor performer and also must maintain advanced performance
attributes in order to get the competitive advantage over their competitors. Generally, the case
brewery shall measure its supply chain performance periodically in order to take corrective
action to its strategy.
